Ride the rain shadow of Nepal with Bike Yard Nepal 9 days tour. Tour starts in Kathmandu with some warm up ride, then drive to Beni via Pokhara.
Beni (899 m) is approx 9 hrs drive from Kathmandu via Pokhara. From Beni we bike upto Muktinath Temple via Ghasa (2110 m), Marpha (2680 m), Kagbeni (2810 m) and finally to Muktinath (3710 m). The trails runs through dirt road with more often climbing, passing by villages, apple yards, villagers trails etc.
Prey homage at Muktinath Temple, take holy bath at 108 water spots and offer pooja.
Upon return we will ride back till Jomsom (2715 m) and from there fly back to Pokhara. Bikes along with other stuffs will be carried back on 4×4 vehicles. This biking tour is rated difficult and need riders high physical fitness. Mountain Bike guide, technician backup will be available during the ride.

Arrive at Kathmandu, our representative will pick you up from the airport and take you to our hotel. In the afternoon, we may take rest or go out to Thamel (Tourist Hub) for shopping and bike ride preparation. To make sure the bikes in order before the big trip. Evening we drive to Pashupatinath Temple to attain the evening Aarati, get blessings and worship for our trip success.
For dinner, you will be served authentic Nepalese cuisine which will introduce you to the country’s food culture.

Day 2: Drive to Beni via Pokhara (899m, 300km, 9 hrs drive).Early morning breakfast at the hotel and drive to Beni with our support vehicle sweeping back riders and our guide in front. Lunch en-route. Upon arrival at Beni. Final check of bike, fittings, cleaning, oiling etc.
Overnight at Teahouse.

Fantastic Kathmandu Tour Experience
My partner and I had a fantastic tour experience during our 3 days in Kathmandu. Everything was taken care of from the airport pickup, centrally located hotel, driver and tour guide.
The tour was fantastic and took us to all the main sites we wanted to go to in Kathmandu, with additional flexibility to go to any places that weren’t in the original tour itinerary if you wanted.
We had a great experience with Everest Tour Nepal, everything went off without a hitch! We will definitely use them again if we find ourselves travelling in Nepal!
Nepal at its charming best
We visited Nepal in May 2022 and visited Kathmandu, Pokhara, Jomsom, Mukthinath, Bhaktapur and Chandragiri. All arrangements were fabulous and we were made to feel totally comfortable throughout our stay. All hotels were good, clean and customer friendly.
