Tilicho lake is the highest glacier lake situated at an altitude of 4949 m above sea level. Visit to this lake is of 2 days walk from Manang village. This tour combines the side trek to Tilicho lake and day hiking to Ice Lake from Manang (on the acclimatization day) and continues the world famous Annapurna Circuit trek. Highest point that we cross over during this trek is Thorung-La pass at 5416 m above sea level.
Visit to Muktinath temple is another highlight of this trek, which is the pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists. Vaishnavs believe it to be the god of Mokshya or Mukti (salvation). Saligram (fossil) found in the Kaligandaki river here is believed to be the incarnation of lord Vishnu.
Jomsom is the nearest airstrip to Muktinath. From Jomsom we take flight to Pokhara to relax and boat ride at Phewa Lake. Pokhara is the city of lakes and the gateway to most of the Nepal’s famous trekking routes.

We traveled to India and Nepal during Feb 2020. During our trip we went to Delhi, Agra & Jaipur in India and Kathmandu valley tour and Nagarkot in Nepal. It was wonderful experience with Everest Tour Nepal Treks & Expedition, we visited lots of monuments, palaces, beautiful stupas and Sunset from Nagarkot hill station. Our Nepal tour with Everest Tour Nepal Treks & Expedition was good. Good vehicle, airport staff, guide and hotel. But only one thing we regret was not taking the guide service. Engaging tour guide should be compulsory. A driver/car on its own is of no use.
