The Jugal Himal, a mountain range is situated in the Singhupalchok district of Nepal. It lies in the central Himalayan region on the border between the automous region of Tibet and Nepal. It is the nearest mountain range located 70 km northeast of Kathmandu. lying 3800 meters above sea level. The mountain stretches between the Sun Koshi River valley in the east to the Balepchi Khola and Langtang Khola river vaelley in the west. The highest peak is Shishapangma (8027m). The mountain range is predominantly on the Tibetan side. So this trek will give you the fascinating views of Tibetian Himalayan range. In the west, beyond the Langtang valley, joins the lower Langtang Himal. South of the Langtang valley, the Chimsedang Lekh mountain range forms a western continuation of the Langtang Himal. The Tilman’s Pass runs between the two mountain ranges. The Himalayan range consists of Dorje Lhakpa (6966m), Madiya (6257m) and Phurbi Chhyachu (6637m). A scenic panoramic view of mountains, picturesque villages, Tibetian Monasteries, rivers, streams, waterfalls deep forests with wild exotic flowers, animals and birds. The Jugal Himal also has high crossing passes. The beautiful Panch Pokhari (5 holy ponds) and Bhairab Kunda lake sho the religious aspect of this place.
This place and people both will greet you with warmth. People residing in this region are Tamangs and Sherpas with unique and rich culture. By the end of the trip, you’ll be able to know more about the real natural beauty of the Himalayan range and lifestyle of people living in the countryside.

Fantastic Kathmandu Tour Experience
My partner and I had a fantastic tour experience during our 3 days in Kathmandu. Everything was taken care of from the airport pickup, centrally located hotel, driver and tour guide.
The tour was fantastic and took us to all the main sites we wanted to go to in Kathmandu, with additional flexibility to go to any places that weren’t in the original tour itinerary if you wanted.
We had a great experience with Everest Tour Nepal, everything went off without a hitch! We will definitely use them again if we find ourselves travelling in Nepal!
Nepal at its charming best
We visited Nepal in May 2022 and visited Kathmandu, Pokhara, Jomsom, Mukthinath, Bhaktapur and Chandragiri. All arrangements were fabulous and we were made to feel totally comfortable throughout our stay. All hotels were good, clean and customer friendly. In short, Everest Tour, our tour facilitator was outstanding in all aspects of hospitality. Kudos to them, particularly we will single out Mr Navaraj our tour guide.
