Chandragiri-Chitlang-Markhu-Daman-Tistung trek starts with the cable car ride from South West Kathmandu (Godamchaur) to Chandragiri Hills Top Station. Then approx 3 hrs trek to Chitlang village. Our first overnight will be at local lodge/resort here. This is the oldest route to Kathmandu valley connecting with South (India).
Second day another 3 hrs walk to Markhu, then explore around and boating at Indrasarovar Lake. Overnight at local lodge. Third day approx 4 hrs trek to Daman, an view point popular for wide range of mountain views including Mt. Everest and snow activities during winter for Nepalese locals.
Other days we will explore Tistung, Bajrabarahi and Kunchhal village before driving back to Kathmandu. Way back drives you through winding curved road (Tribhuvan Highway) before it joins Prithvi Highway which connects the capital city with other popular cities of Nepal like Narayanghat (Chitwan) and Pokhara.

Very beautiful city with rich culture, unique architecture, wood carvings, beautiful mountain views from Nagarkot. Car was comfortable and well driven, office guy was helpful, guide very knowledgeable. We only had breakfast at hotel, could have been better variety more healthier & options.
