Once you are satisfied with our tour proposal and made your mindset to go for it, please send us the booking request via email. Then we shall proceed your booking and send you service availability status within 24 hours.
Advance Payment & Availability Status
After we send you the availability status, you need to make the advance payment to us including 30 to 50 % of tour price and 100% of flight/train fare (we shall send you exact amount once you confirm your tour and after our final calculation).

Booking Confirmation
As soon as we receive the advance amount, we shall confirm your tour and send you detailed confirmation email to you via email (including copy of flight/train tickets if any).
Final Payment & Service Delivery
You will receive the original documents (Detailed Itinerary, Flight/Train tickets, Hotel Details, Emergency Contact Details etc) at Kathmandu once you land here. You are requested to clear the remaining balance payment to our representative in Kathmandu in Cash or by Credit Card (Card payments are subject to 5% bank service charge).
