Mardi Himal trek is one of the magnificent trek lies just east of the Annapurna Base Camp trek, Nepal. The trek follows off beaten trails through colorful rhododendron forests until you climb out of the forest at an elevation around 3,300m. You will get a chance to know the socio-cultural values and lifestyle of Magar and Gurung community. The landscape changes quite abruptly into a rugged high mountain landscape, with amazing views of mountains and most iconic Mt. Machapuchhre literally meaning “Fishtail”.
11 days Mardi Himal Trek takes you to the maximum altitude of 4500m. Graded as an easy and unspoiled trek in the Annapurna region where we stay in tea houses with basic facilities. Yet it is highly diverse with cultural perception, beautiful forest walks, and alpine landscape.
The route you pass through is Deurali, along with Forest camp, Low camp, High camp, Mardi Himal, Siding, Luwang, and finally to Pokhara. This trek can also be termed as shortest trek to reach any mountain base camp.
Climbing up and down are steep through dense forest, at the same time the views are awesome. This trek is highly recommended for those with limited number of days available for trekking in Nepal.

Fantastic Kathmandu Tour Experience
My partner and I had a fantastic tour experience during our 3 days in Kathmandu. Everything was taken care of from the airport pickup, centrally located hotel, driver and tour guide.
The tour was fantastic and took us to all the main sites we wanted to go to in Kathmandu, with additional flexibility to go to any places that weren’t in the original tour itinerary if you wanted.

Nepal at its charming best
We visited Nepal in May 2022 and visited Kathmandu, Pokhara, Jomsom, Mukthinath, Bhaktapur and Chandragiri. All arrangements were fabulous and we were made to feel totally comfortable throughout our stay. All hotels were good, clean and customer friendly. In short, Everest Tour, our tour facilitator was outstanding in all aspects of hospitality. Kudos to them, particularly we will single out Mr Navaraj our tour guide.
